You can choose your preferred split between shoulder rolls and mince — just leave a note at checkout (e.g. "more mince" or "extra shoulder rolls"), and I'll do my best to accommodate. If no preference is given, I'll split evenly.
Each lamb box is prepared fresh to order and will be ready within approximately one week of purchase. Collection is available, or local delivery can be arranged across the Tain and Dornoch area — charges vary depending on location.
